Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature from the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted material claimed to be infringed.
- Details to help locate the infringing material and the URL of the page in question.
- Contact information of the complaining party (name, address, email, phone, fax).
- A statement claiming unauthorized use of the material.
- A statement confirming the accuracy of the information provided.
Section 17 USC §512(f) outlines penalties for misrepresentation in a notification of infringement under 17 USC §512(c)(3), including costs and attorney fees.

By submitting a claim, you acknowledge that your identity and claim may be shared with the alleged infringer.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you receive a notice of material takedown due to a copyright claim, you can provide a counter notification to have the material restored to the site. The notification must be in writing to our DMCA Agent and contain:
- Your signature.
- A description and original location of the removed material.
- A statement affirming the belief that the takedown was due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy against copyright infringement. We keep a record of DMCA notices and take action against repeat infringers by terminating their accounts.
